General Troubleshooting​

If you are experiencing issues with your instance, please follow these general troubleshooting pages (login required) to assist in resolving connectivity issues, setup and credential problems when using the Securosys DKEaaS.

Registry Issues​

Users with older versions of Microsoft 365 apps may need to manually update their Windows Registry to allow the Add-On for Sensitivity labels. Please check our Registry Entry page (login required) for more information.

Missing Add-On​

Similar to the Registry Entry, users with older versions of Microsoft 365 apps may need to manually download and install on each workstation the Purview Information Protection AddOn. Download the Add-on from the Microsoft Download Center and install it on the client machines.
