General Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing issues with your instance, please following these general troubleshooting pages to assist in resolving connectivity issues, setup and credential problems when using the Securosys DKEaaS.

Registry Issues

Users with older version of Microsoft 365 apps may need to manually update their Registry to allow the AddOn for Sensitivity labels. Please check our Registry Entry page for more information.

Missing AddOn

Similar to the Registry Entry, users with older versions of Microsoft 365 apps may need to manually download and install on each workstation the Purview Information Protection AddOn. Download the Add-on from the Microsoft Download Center and install it on the client machines.
